Items Needed For Loan Application
- Your most recent pay stubs for the past 30 day period.
- Past two years' copies of W-2 forms (Complete copies of two years tax returns needed for self-employed.)
- Past three months statements on all active checking/savings accounts.
- Statements for any retirement 401(K)
- Copies of bankruptcy papers, divorce decree, separation agreements, etc. if applicable.
- Current mortgage statement or landlord's name and address.
